COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Meto Fer ZD20 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Misumi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Meto-Fer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Misumi such as the SSELBWZ16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FIS00030003G manufactured by Microscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Microscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZD20 by Manufacturer Meto-Fer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro Brand M8000D1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Memory such as MM8880 equipment made by Micro-Memory have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Memory products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Memory" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LHBBLN25 made by Misumi as well as the popular 121inch original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N686878 by Metropolitan-Lighting and MM8880 spares by Micro-Memory are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BN624A132B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsibushi.
